I am running windows 7 64 bit on a new compaq cq5000 series.
AVG download manager is downloaded but after I open it it checks for connectivity which takes a long time then advances to the box that has a choice to install the free version or the 9.0 purchase version and thats where everything stops. No error message nothing! What am I missing? Thanks for your help. Have used AVG exclusively and can't understand the complexity of this download issue.
